No payment is required when at the time of booking if 14 days or more out from booked dates.

Full payment is taken 14 days before arrival and is non-refundable from that point.

If a booking is made within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required.

The guest can cancel their booking up until 14 days prior to the booked dates for no charge.

We are located in a cul-de-sac off the main highway, traffic on our road is minimal however there is road noise from the highway. We have installed double glazed windows in the bedrooms of The House to minimise sound.

We are just a few minutes drive from the centre of Turangi where you will find a petrol station, supermarket and pharmacy.

Access to the river is currently via Taupahi Road just a few hundred metres away.

Unfortunately our rooms are not wheelchair accessible.

Our main lodge is only accessible up one flight of stairs onto the equivalent of a second story building. The House has a few steps up to the first level and internal stairs to the second level. The cottage is our most accessible unit for those with impaired mobility, please reach out if you would like any further clarification.

Generally we do not allow dogs, however we are open to discussing your circumstances and will try and accommodate your pet when we are able to.

Service dogs are always welcome, we just ask that we are notified at the time of booking.
